Catering Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When is our deposit due?

A. No later than one month prior to your event date.

 

Q. How much is the deposit?

A. We require half down from the total on your invoice.

 

Q. When is the remaining balance due?

A. At the end of your event we get an accurate total of product used and the final bill will be paid at the end of the event.

 

Q What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash, check, or any type of credit card. When using a credit card there is a 3% service charge applied.

 

Q. Are we charged for the product ordered or for the product consumed?

A. You will be charged for what is opened, anything unopened at the end of the evening you will not be charged for. If a keg ahs been tapped you will be charge for the keg.

 

Q. Will you have extra product on hand in case we run low?

A. Yes, we always bring extra product. As far as kegs we only bring what is ordered, unless otherwise instructed.
